Real-estate investing is just not in almost any number of secondary school electives. You cannot get a licensed degree in real-estate investing. You won't locate a high school or college guidance counselor who recommends a profession in real-estate investing (should the guidance counselor understood real-estate investing, he or she probably wouldn't be a guidance counselor!)
